Jason B. Stevens is a litigation specialist in criminal and traffic defense. He is skilled in driver license reinstatement and in sealing or expunging criminal records. Having been admitted to the Illinois bar in November of 2003, Jason Stevens has successfully represented clients in hundreds of felony and misdemeanor criminal cases, including DUI and other traffic offenses. Jason Stevens has been commended for his trial skills by judges, colleagues, and juries in multiple jurisdictions where he continues to win cases.

Jason B. Stevens holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, graduating cum laude from Illinois State University in December of 1999. He was a member of the Criminal Justice Dean's List and the Criminal Justice Alpha Phi Sigma Honor Society.

Jason Stevens earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from The John Marshall Law School in June 2003. He was awarded a Dean's Scholarship for academic achievement and was a member of the Dean's List, Moot Court and Law Journal Honor programs.

Jason Stevens is a current member of the Chicago, North Suburban, Northwest Suburban, West Suburban, Southwest Suburban, Cook County, Lake County and DuPage County Bar Associations. He is also a member of the American Institute of Criminal Law Attorneys and was honored to be named one of the top 10 criminal lawyers for client satisfaction in 2016.
